Are there any fillers that can fix a down turned smile?
A downturned smile can have a variety of causes. The most common is a gradual aging of the facial tissues that is present to some extent on both sides, depending on the extent it may be suitable for a filler treatment that will naturally elevate the corner of the lips. A more sudden onset and single sided droop should be seen by a clinician as this can be associated with a single sided facial weakness termed a seventh nerve palsy or Bell's palsy.
