A 11 year old boy presented with quite severe crowding with very little space for the newly erupting canine teeth along with a deep overbite. Due to the crowding, food and plaque were becoming easily trapped between the crowded teeth. Orthodontic treatment was carried out to create space for the canine teeth by the removal of two upper and two lower premolars. Our patient wore a removable brace to start correcting his overbite followed by upper and lower fixed braces. Now the teeth are very easy to keep clean along with a great smile.
