The Invisalign system consists of a series of clear plastic aligners that are customized by Dr. Kyi to each patient’s teeth. Invisalign is nearly undetectable and does not interfere with her patients’ appearances or lifestyles.

How is Invisalign different from traditional braces? Is it as effective?
Rather than using metal brackets and wires, Invisalign aligners are made of a clear plastic resin. They are removable, so they do not interfere with your eating, drinking, or dental hygiene habits. Invisalign is just as effective as traditional braces, and in some cases can even lead to shorter treatment periods.
How does Invisalign work?
Dr. Kyi will first examine your teeth and determine whether you will be a good candidate for Invisalign. She may offer other types of clear braces if she expects to get a better result from using them. Dr. Kyi will take your all specialist records and x-rays. Within a few days, a treatment plan will be prepared and Invisalign’s technicians will create a computer model of the teeth’s transformation. On your next visit to our office, you will be able to see exactly how the teeth will shift in each two-week increment, until reaching the final result. If you are satisfied with the 3-D simulation, Dr. Kyi will ask Invisalign to create your personalized aligners and send them to her office. She will instruct you how to wear each aligner for a two-week period before switching to the next one. Routine check-ins with Dr. Kyi every four to six weeks will help ensure that treatment progresses well. A typical Invisalign treatment can take from nine to eighteen months, based on the patient’s teeth condition.
What is the cost of Invisalign?
Dr. Kyi now offers the entire Invisalign treatment for the price of £1750. Please note that in more complex cases, depending upon what is required to perform, Dr. Kyi may quote a higher price at the end of your consultation. The overall cost includes all specialist records, x-rays, aligners, appointments (including any emergency appointments), and all other dental materials; there are no hidden costs associated with our Invisalign package. Interest-free financing is available. Many patients may choose to pay in monthly installments throughout the course of their treatment to make it more affordable.
