Laura: Treatment Coordinator
I joined the practice in 2015 after travelling in Australia and moving to London. I started as a receptionist and quickly realised that I loved to meet and assist patients throughout their treatment journey, so when I was offered the role of Treatment Coordinator, I jumped at the chance! I am very proud to have grown within the practice over the years and really enjoy my role in such a professional and friendly practice. Each day is rewarding, especially when patients leave with a big smile! In my spare time, I enjoy being creative, designing and baking cakes and most of all going on long walks with my two dogs.
Renata: Front of House
With over 15 years of experience in dentistry, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service as a receptionist. My passion for my work extends beyond administrative tasks; I cherish the opportunity to interact with patients and ensure their experience is welcoming and comfortable.
As a receptionist, I play a vital role in managing appointments, answering inquiries and facilitating smooth communications between patient and dental staff.
My commitment to professionalism, empathy and attention to detail allows me to create a positive and efficient environment for both patients and colleagues.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, travelling, and reading books.
Poppy: Orthodontic Therapist

I have been in dentistry for over 15 years, first qualifying in the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses in 2008 and furthering my education in the National Examining Board for Radiography, to then qualifying in orthodontic nursing and then finally qualifying in the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, for Orthodontic therapists in the University of Central Lancaster 2023. I thoroughly enjoy my work field and know I will continue to keep developing further in my career to give the best support to our patients. I enjoy working with such a hard working and supportive team and feel very privileged to work alongside one of the best orthodontic specialists in the UK, Dr Kyi. I enjoy building up relationships with our patients and seeing their progress with beautiful smiles! Before joining dentistry I worked in camp America as a camp counsellor, helping look after children and adults with learning disabilities ranging from mild to severe, which was a very rewarding role. In my spare time I enjoy doing Brazilian jiu jitsu, which I have been doing for several years and have competed in the British nationals and European championships. I also enjoy cycling, reading and yoga.
Kamila: Hygienist

Kamila is a qualified dental hygienist since 2020 with a passion for dental health. With seven years of experience working in an orthodontic practice, Kamila has honed her skills in providing exceptional care to patients of all ages.
She loves educating patients about oral health and encouraging them through their dental journey is evident in every interaction.
Kamila’s expertise in working with children is unparalleled. She has a natural ability to connect with kids, making their dental visits a positive and enjoyable experience. Furthermore, Kamila is skilled in working with nervous and anxious patients, ensuring that they feel comfortable and relaxed during their appointments.
As a dental hygienist, Kamila is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care to their patients. Her dedication to her profession and her patients is evident in every aspect of their work.
In her free time, Kamila enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

My name is Alisa and I’m a dental nurse. I am passionate about dentistry and dedicated to helping people improve the health of their teeth. I enjoy being a part of Dr. Kyi’s team and I would love to progress my career further in this field.
In my spare time I like spending time with my children, listening to music, podcasts, exercise and reading books.

Beck: Dental Nurse

My name is Beck and I have been working in dentistry for over 10 years, qualifying as a dental nurse in 2010. I have the experience working with different highly qualified clinicians and various practices and hospital environments throughout the UK. With my experience I always give my 100 percent and efficiently consistently bring a professional standard to provide great dental service to all patients at West London Orthodontics.
As a Orthodontic patient once, I know what it feels like to be in the dental chair. Hence I love seeing amazing progress from all ortho patients as time goes by as well as changes on their journey throughout the treatment.
Outside work, I enjoy travelling, lifting weights, collecting exclusive trainers, and trying new cuisines. For me, different good food brings people together and with people on table there and makes me happy when I see a lot of SMILES =).
